DENNIS E. COLE

      Dennis E, Cole has devoted a majority of his life and work to the goal of actively seeking to raise the level of proficiency and quality in the presentation of gospel music. To this end, he has worked as a gospel music radio announcer for radio station WSSD. In 1997 he was tapped to head the Chicago Area Gospel Announcers Guild (“CAGAG”), an Affiliate of the Gospel Music Workshop of America. Under his leadership Dennis has hosted numerous successful conferences, seminars, summits and showcases, pulling together movers and shakers from all factions of the gospel music industry/ministry.
      He is the administrative assistant of the National Gospel Announcers Guild Affiliates group where he is called upon to organize groups across the nation that have the Thrtherance of gospel music as their goal. He works with like-minded Gospel Announcers Guild Affiliate presidents to strategize solutions to challenges that face artists, announcers, retailers, and manufacturers in the gospel music arena.
      Serving as co-founder and past President of the Stellar and Grammy nominated Chicago Mass Choir, Dennis was able to fine tune and hone his skills as a production coordinator, anniversary and musical production producer and travel agent! He serves on the Advisory Board of the Stellar Academy of Gospel Music Awards and was primarily responsible for the conceptualization, implementation and presentation of the first Stellar Gospel Music Radio Station of the Year Awards. Dennis is frequently tapped to serve as a panelist, emcee, advisor/consultant to many gospel record manufacturers, print media and industry organizations. In addition to his other industry duties and responsibilities, Dennis was the gospel consultant to ICEE Records who had the No. 1 single across the country “Jesus Can Work It Out”. Dennis was instrumental in securing the producer Percy Bady and securing the radio and promotions team for this project.
