DONNA CREER

      Donna Creer is a career educator who is bivocational. She has a love and passion for gospel music and gospel music radio! When she was tapped to do voice oven for several organizations, the powers were suggested that she consider RADIO. Acting on that suggestion, Donna started volunteering with Roy Benton at Nacogdoches, fl’s KEEE and moved full steam ahead into a gospel music journey that has encountered many nooks, turns and triumphs!
      She relocated to her home state of Arkansas where she began an air shift on KARP Community Radio. From there Ms. Creer worked at KLRG (a Willis Property) KIPR Power 92 FM, KLIH and currently serves as an on air announcer at 94.9 Hallelujah FM, from 7pm- Midnight at KHLR, the Hallelujah Affiliate in Little Rock. During her on air tenure, she has assumed the duties of Music Director, and Morning News and Promotions Director. Donna is the President of the Arkansas Gospel Announcers Guild, and is Second Vice Chair of the Gospel Announcers Guild (GAG) of the Gospel Music Workshop of America (GMWA). She is the editor of the GAG SMART book, a take home educational piece and was one of the producers of the GMWA Excellence Awards.
      Donna has written for Urban Network, Gospel EUR, The Gospel Truth and writes press kits and one sheets for several gospel music artists. She is on the steering committee of the Stellar Gospel Music Awards Radio Station of the Year, the Bobby Jones Gospel Artist Retreat Advisory Board, and was recently tapped to be one of the announcers for the Stellar Awards Red Carpet Ceremony. Donna recently judged Verizon Wireless “How Sweet the Sound” gospel choir competition, and works with the Hallelujah chains Shout Hallelujah Showcase.
