Hugh Danaceau *       In addition to being the News Director and featured reporter on WCLV, Danaceau is the host of “ North Coast Report” (WVIZ TV) and a political columnist syndicated in 19 Sun Newspapers.       In 1969, he pioneered the first successful “all-news” format in the Cleveland market (WERE). He earned a citation from the Radio/TV Council of Greater Cleveland for “Best Radio News” while News Director of WWWE. Danaceau was also the first regional correspondent for “The Nightly Business Report,” a PBS TV network program.       He is a past President of the Cleveland Chapter of The Society of Professional Journalists.
